gimme kiss. // instax wide-sized print of my original acrylic painting, featuring a a lush, loose vignette of an afternoon of swimming in the lake at a certain 'cottage'. <3

I'm really proud of this piece's use of light to convey the figures' inner states. It's a joyful and hopeful image but the shadowing lends it some realistic weight and characterization. There's something so special to me about painting scenes of queer people in the wilderness!
